The entire handle is covered with sparkling metal studs which lend the range a very unique look. The texture, contrast and tactile nature of the design give it an irresistible appeal. The craftsmen of the Bamileke are famous for their skill in woodcarving and inspired Diana for the Studded range.

These craftsmen create a variety of remarkable rounds stools with repetitive openwork designs, all carved out of one piece of tree trunk. The sparkling studs are inspired from the pattern of a traditional Bamileke stool, the geometric rosette. It is symbolic of the earth spider, very prominent in Bamileke culture as the link between the living and the ancestors as well as a sign of divine knowledge.
